Mikey discovers someone has taken over his old superhero persona, Turtle Titan, and sets off to deal with the “imposter” — even though he appears to be much more mature and responsible than Mikey will ever be ! (The new Turtle Titan is a fine parody of Batman, addressing people as “citizen” and having his own TT signal.)
