The Turtles discover that their old enemy, Agent Bishop, is still alive in 2105. But he has changed, accepts non-humans and is now President of a Galaxy-spanning alliance which includes many alien species. He also needs their help to stop a mercenary called Torbin Zixx from delivering a bomb.
