During a nighttime training exercise on the rooftops of New York City, the Turtles are interrupted by two warring Avians, a race whose appearance resembles angels. The Turtles come to the aid of Raptarr, who is trying to stop the exiled Mephos from starting a civil war in the Avian city and conquering the Earth.
