I was a part of Windows live messenger’s managed beta. those were fun days waiting for new realease and wathcing messenger transforming into a shining new product. Sending out invitations to all the pplz, to show appreciation windows live messenger team sent the managed beta testers a windows live messenger logo bag
I receivd mine last june I think.
Then I was a part of wallop beta. (I still am using it though beta is over but still an invitation only social networking site built in flash. want an invitation? drop ur request here and dont forget to leave ur real mail address in the required field and your invitation will be on its way, hopefully

)November 2006 got an email asking me to participate in a survey, at the end of the survey I was told that if selected I will have to take another survey and in return will have a $150 check. So mine monitor is worth $194.99 straight. but I had to pay just $5 for this one. why? it was on sale for 154.99 with $40 in mail in rebate. So Microsoft paid $150 and then I had to pay $45 and got the mail in rebate check april 2007.
Now I have just filled out another survey to participate into another beta and at the end of the survey I am told that If selected I will be in the giveaway of zune, microsoft music player. I wrote earlier that I like zune over ipod. but a whooping $250 
I better add another $500 dollars to buy a 52″+ tv.
