ہمارے ایک عزیز کو اگست 2006 میں وطن کی یاد ستائی تو انہوں نے پاکستان جانے کے فیصلہ کر لیا۔ نیویارک پہنچے تو بس سٹیشن سے ائر پورٹ جانے کے لئے ٹیکسی لی۔ ٹیکسی ڈرائیور بنگالی تھا۔ اس نے باتوں باتوں کے دوران پوچھا کہ موٹر وے کہاں ہے؟ انہوں نے جواب دیا کہ لاہور اور اسلام آباد کے درمیان۔ تو ڈرائیور نے طنزیہ لہجے میں کہا کہ کیا بلوچستان میں بھی ہے؟ انہوں نے بڑے اطمینان سے کہا کہ نہیں بلوچستان میں گوادر پورٹ ہے جو کہ راوی پر نہیں بن سکتی تھی۔
یہ ایک اور صاحب جن سے ملاقات والمارٹ پر ہوئی۔ ان کا کہنا ہے کہ 2006 کے دوران ان سے سب سے زیادہ جو سوال ان کے امریکی دوستوں نے پوچھا اور پوچھ پوچھ کر شرمندہ کیا وہ ایک ہی تھا۔ وزیرستان میں کیا ہو رہا ہے؟ ان کے جو بہت جاننے والے دوست تھے انہوں نے تو یہاں تک کہا کہ تمہاری گورنمنٹ bitch ہے۔ کس کی کہا ہو گا یہ سب کو بخوبی علم ہے۔
یہ عبیدی ہے۔ عرب ہے۔ بےوقوف ترین ہے۔ اس کی دو دوستوں کا تعلق انڈیا سے ہے۔ ایک دوست بنگلہ دیش سے ہے۔ یہ مائیکل ہے اور امریکی ہے۔ یہ سنڈی ہے اور امریکی ہے۔ دونوں سفید فام ہیں۔ یہ لائیوالا ہے اور انڈیا سے ہے۔ اور یہ ہوں میں۔ ہم سب اکٹھے کھڑے ہیں۔
سب مجھے انڈین سمجھتے ہیں۔ کھانے کی بات ہو تو عبیدی کہتا ہے کہ تم لوگوں کے کھانے بہت مزے کے ہیں۔ لیکن مرچیں بہت ہوتی ہیں۔ لائیوالا اس کو انڈین ریسٹورنٹس کے نام اور ان کے مقامات بتانے لگ جاتا ہے۔ عبیدی اب مائیکل اور سنڈی سے فلموں پر بات شروع کر دیتا ہے۔ اس کو ڈرامہ اور آرٹ فلموں سے لگاؤ ہے۔ لائیوالا اس کو پوچھتا ہے کہ کیا تم ہندی فلمیں دیکھنا چاہو گے؟ وہ فٹ کہتا ہے کہ ہاں۔ اس کو ریکھا کا بھی علم ہے اور امیتابھ کا بھی۔ مجھے الجھن ہو چلی ہے۔ لیکن چونکہ وہاں اس وقت رہنا ضروری تھی لہذا کھڑا رہا۔
یہ سب باتیں سن کر ایک لڑکی پاس آتی ہے اور مجھ سے پوچھتی ہے کہ تم انڈین ہو۔ مجھے سوالات سے تو چڑ ہے ہی اس سوال سے اور بھی زیادہ ہے۔ چونکہ بات کرنے کا موڈ نہیں لہذا میں صرف ہاں میں سر ہلا دیتا ہوں۔ اس کے جانے کے بعد عبیدی مجھ سے کہتا ہے کہ تم پاکستانی ہو لیکن تم نے اس کو انڈین بتایا۔ وہ بےوقوف اس بات کو سمجھ نہیں سکتا کہ میں اگر نہیں کہوں تو اس سے بات کرنی پڑے گی۔ ہاں سے سارا قصہ ہی ختم۔ پھر وہ کہتا ہے اوہ تم اس لئے پاکستان نہیں بتاتے کہ پاکستانی دہشت گرد ہوتے ہیں۔
بےوقوف دوست سے دانا دشمن اچھا ہوتا ہے۔ میرا اندر سے غصے کے مارے برا حال ہے۔ سرد آنکھوں سے اس کو گھورتا ہوں۔ میں بہت کہنا چاہتا ہوں کہ جس دہشت گردی کی تم بات کرتے ہو اس میں ملوث سترہ کے سترہ بندوں کی قومیت عرب ظاہر کی گئی ہے۔ لیکن کہہ نہیں سکتا۔ کیونکہ جب میں اس پر یقین ہی نہیں کرتا تو صرف بدلہ پورا کرنے کے لئے یا نیچا دیکھانے کے لئے بھی کیسے کہہ دوں؟ ایسی سچویشن میں جہاں میرا جواب اگلے کے لئے منہ توڑ ثابت ہو سکتا ہے لیکن میرا موڈ نہیں ہوتا کے اگلے بندے کو پریشان کروں تو میں چپ ہو جاتا ہوں اور لاکھ بلانے پر بھی جواب نہیں دیتا۔ سو ابھی بھی یہی کیا ہے۔ لائیوالا اس کو سمجھانے لگتا ہے کہ ایسی کوئی بات نہیں ہے۔ یہ سب جھوٹ ہے وغیرہ وغیرہ۔
عبیدی اپنی گرل فرینڈ کو فون کرنے کے لئے جاتا ہے تو مائیکل جو مجھے دیکھ رہا ہوتا ہے کہتا ہے کہ تم ایک اچھے سمجھانے والے ہو۔ مجھے سمجھ نہ آ سکی کہ ایک لفظ بھی نہیں کہا میں نے تو اس کو کیا سمجھ لگی؟
جناب صدر پاکستان یہ چھوٹے سے تین واقعات تھے جن کا سامنا آپکو نہیں پاکستانیوں کو کرنا پڑتا ہے۔ قانون کہتا ہے کہ صدر کے خلاف بات نہیں کرنی۔ جناب صدر میں آپکے خلاف بات نہیں کر رہا میں جانتا ہوں کہ آپ کی سمجھداری اور عقلمندی کو ہم لوگ نہیں سمجھ سکتے۔ لیکن جناب صدر گورنمنٹ اور آپکے بارے میں برے الفاظ سن کر ہم لوگ پاکستان کے اندر تو خوش ہو لیتے ہیں لیکن یہاں ہمیں شرمندہ ہونا پڑتا ہے۔ آپ ہمیں اس شرمندگی سے بچا لیں۔ شکریہ۔

Why don’t you Sunni stop creating the mess that you have created in the name of religion (terrorism and all that) so people don’t have to remind you of it or complain about it? I can understand your frustration on mentioning Sunnis, I would be embarrassed too if I were a Sunni but unlike you I would have the dignity and decency to have left this faith. So instead of blaming others, blame your Sunni mullahs and get them to fix their act.

Rashid I don’t want to waste time with you. It has nothing to do with being rich or poor. It has all to do with Sunni extremism. There are reasons for that too. The west supported these Mullahs to counter communism and even more during afghan war and we are now paying for it. But Army/Mullah guth-jore goes further than that. Army even now uses organisations like Jamaat e Islami to maintain “Pakistani” influence in places like Kashmir and even Bangladesh. An average Sunni will consider this good strategy against “Kuffar” but experience and some foresight tells us that strategies like these backfire in the end. For one if you deal with every problem in terms of Muslim/non-Muslim then you alienate the majority of world population which is non-Muslim.
But you don’t know about the depth or vastness of these things so I will not waste my time with you. I will therefore keep my self to short fun (for me) comments. If Sunni extremism is not going to go away any time soon and we can’t do much about it for the time being then at least I should have some fun on Sunni expense in exchange.

اس مقدمے میں اعانت جرم کے الزام سے قبل ملک اسحاق کو انیس سو ستانوے میں ملتان میں ہی ایرانی کلچرل سینٹر خانہ فرہنگ پر فائرنگ کر کے ادارے کے ڈائریکٹر محمد علی رحیمی سمیت آٹھ افراد کو قتل کرنے کے الزام میں موت کی سزا سنائی جا چکی ہے۔ ملک اسحاق ان دنوں ملتان کی سنٹرل جیل میں قید ہیں۔
ان مقدمات کے علاوہ ملک اسحاق پر ممتاز آباد میں ایک امام بارگاہ پر حملے کا بھی الزام ہے۔
@Abdullah: As stated, ME isn’t shia. Only aim of his posts seem to highlight differences to make them fight. Thats why there is no questions ever asked by him on religious ground…so i suggest one should avoid counter attack and not to follow his evil tactics..
ME this post will make you furious but its better to think again what you are doing. Instead of blaming one sect, based on the acts of people, one should focus on the founding principles and core issues between any two groups. If different sects agree on not to criticise one another’s religious icons the small number of such incidents can be avoided.
