Updated version of Microsoft Phonetic Input Tool Beta

The Microsoft Phonetic Input Tool Team would like to thank everyone who tested and provided feedback for the version 1.1 beta. As a reminder, the license for the version 1.1 beta (posted in August 2006) will end on January 10, 2007.
We would like to inform you that an updated version of the tool is now available. Microsoft Phonetic Input Tool RC1 may be downloaded from https://connect.microsoft.com/Downloads/Downloads.aspx?SiteID=202. The license for this version will end on March 31, 2007. At this time, this tool is supported on Windows XP only with SP2 and later. The team is currently working on a version that is supported on Windows Vista-we will post updates to inform you of our progress. Your feedback is always greatly appreciated.
